Summary
Chapter 0 The Prince Regent murdered the emperor and seized the throne. As a Historiographer, my father recorded the truth-and was thrown into the imperial prison for it. My elder brother took up the Historiographer’s Brush and continued writing, “The Prince Regent murdered the emperor,” and was exiled beyond the pass. That left our entire family with only me, one frail young woman. Timid and cautious by nature, I did not dare write a true history and offend the Prince Regent. Several days later, the Prince Regent tore my Unofficial History to shreds in a towering rage. “This prince seduced the late emperor and hid deadly poison in his ass crack?!” “Your Unofficial History is a little too unofficial!”
