Summary
Chong Jingheng spent sixty-four years mourning a man he saved too late. Reborn on the day his younger brother steals his seal, he knows exactly where to ride. His brother is using his name to prey on Chongdie, a brilliant scholar sold into a male brothel after his family’s wrongful conviction. This time, Jingheng means to buy Chongdie’s freedom, expose the men who ruined his family, and keep his own long-buried love out of the young man’s way. But Chongdie’s knowing eyes suggest that saving him may be only the beginning of a very different life.
