Summary
Gu Qingqing transmigrates into a novel’s villainess, destined to die horribly for bullying the heroine. Her survival plan is simple: rescue Shen Jiaojiao, treat her like a sister, and teach her that kindness needs an edge. Soon, the lonely merperson is thriving—and proving alarmingly good at stabbing troublesome male leads. Qingqing is content to tag along, enjoy life, and keep her little sister safe. But Jiaojiao’s growth brings changes she never expected, while the novel’s dangers refuse to stay buried. A promise to remain together may be harder to keep than either of them imagines.
