When I arrived at the basketball court, Qin Yue was taking a halftime break.

The instant he saw me, he glanced around furtively like a thief, then reached out to me with extreme caution.

“Give them to me. I’ll go change in the bathroom now.”

Thinking of the styles he usually liked to wear, I pulled out a pair of conservative Crayon Shin-chan thermal pants from my bag and handed them to him.

“Here.”

Qin Yue froze.

I looked at the thing he had knocked to the ground, my gaze pausing.

Then my eyes followed the hem of his pants upward to the top of his thighs.

“You’re not wearing any?”

Qin Yue’s face stiffened. He hurriedly covered the part that was not meant for public viewing and stammered, “I figured you wanted me to change into a new pair, so I already took off the old ones and threw them away.”

A nameless fury surged up inside me.

If Qin Yue dared to go commando outside now, then in the future he would dare to stroll naked down the street!

My control freak tendencies exploded again, and I snapped at him.

“Who gave you permission to be this shameless in public?”

“I already told you that you have to listen to my orders before you do anything. Did I tell you to take off your underwear on your own?”

“Qin Yue.”

Then he turned back, grabbed my hand, his face full of defiance.

“We’re getting the certificate right now. I want to see whether you can still control me after we’re married!”
