I stripped Wei Mian naked.

Say what you would about me—even among perverts, I was one with impeccable taste.

The bedroom was draped in pure black satin I’d brought from home.

Wei Mian lay naked in the dark silk like an innocent pearl, pure and oblivious.

Every fold seemed designed to emphasize how precious he was.

My cheeks burned with excitement, but the hands holding the camera remained steady.

From above, below, left, and right, I photographed Wei Mian from every conceivable angle.

Every shot was good enough to qualify as fine-art photography.

Once I’d taken my fill, I sat cross-legged beside the bed and savored the pictures one by one.

Only when Wei Mian rolled over and murmured, “Gege…” did I remember that I’d left an actual person lying bare on the bed.

The air conditioner in the bedroom was set a little low. Wei Mian’s skin was cool beneath my fingers and felt wonderful to the touch.

I braced myself above him and slowly caressed every inch of his body. I couldn’t help sighing, “Baby, you’re so beautiful. I want to hide you away where no one else can see you.”

Only after my fingertips had roamed over him once did they return to the lips that had called for gege.

My face darkened. Cruelly, I kneaded the pale-pink flesh of his lips with my thumb. “Hah. Still thinking about Song Zhijie?”

“Too bad. He doesn’t want you anymore.”

“One call from his fiancé, and he dumped you on me.”

“Baby, don’t you understand yet? He’s going to marry someone else. He never loved you…”

I regretted that Wei Mian wasn’t awake to hear it.

“Baby, if you were awake, would you cry for me now?”

In the original novel, when Song Zhijie was rescued, there had been a pointed description of how pitiful Wei Mian looked as he cried.

The thought excited me. “I want to see you cry, baby. You’d look so beautiful.”

I leaned in, pressed the tip of my nose against his body, and breathed in his scent.

Without warning, he rolled onto his side, hiding his naked lower body.

He pushed me away in the process.

I flew into a small rage, scooped him up, and carried him into the bathroom.

“You reject me even in your sleep?!”

“No one in this world loves you more than I do! Baby, haven’t I told you over and over how much I love you?!”

“Do I have to do something truly awful to you before you’ll stay obediently by my side and stop looking at anyone else?!”

“You forced me to this, Wei Mian. You forced me!”

I treated Wei Mian like my rag doll.

By the time I had bathed him and dried his hair, the sky was faintly bright.

Dragging my weary, sleepless body along, I cleaned his entire apartment from top to bottom.

Then I took away everything that had no business being there.

As I closed the door, I thought I heard a low chuckle and an almost inaudible sigh from the bedroom.

I paid it no attention.

Once home, I carefully recalled this section of the original novel’s plot.

Then I looked at the capture progress, still sitting at zero.

I decided I had to strike first. Before Wei Mian could imprison Song Zhijie, I would bring him home, lock him up, and make him mine alone.

Merely imagining it sent heat through my body and tingles into my fingers.

It felt incredible.

Filled with indescribable excitement, I went online and ordered an extra-large dog cage.

The seller called to ask about my exact requirements and sounded remarkably enthusiastic.

Especially when I explained, “The cage needs to be large enough for someone around six feet tall to move around freely…”

The seller reacted with astonishing speed and finished the sentence for me. “You mean your pet, right? Don’t worry, don’t worry!”

“We’ve handled this before. Leave it to us. Give us your address and we’ll deliver it as soon as possible.”

After I sent the address, the other end went strangely silent for a while. Then the seller muttered,

“Maybe there really is something to feng shui. Even perverts live in clusters…”

I hadn’t quite caught that. “What?”

“Nothing, sir,” the seller hastily replied. “You’ve got lucky timing. We sold another one in that area just a few days ago, so we’ll cut your shipping fee in half…”

I was quite pleased. I put down my phone, hugged my pillow, and soon drifted into sweet dreams.
