By the time I saw the bullet comments, Lu Zhou had already been giving me the cold shoulder for two days.

He sat by the campfire with his back to me, his expression cold in a way that was hard to describe.

Lu Zhou was rarely this indifferent. Ever since we’d met, he’d always been bright and gentle.

I smiled and held the can out.
